Same-day appointments may be available from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 pm Tuesdays.
Who do we serve?

Adults without health insurance

Adults with health plans that make primary care unaffordable (such as high-deductible plans)

Residents of Stoughton and surrounding communities (Albion, Brooklyn, Cambridge, Cottage Grove, Deerfield, Edgerton, Evansville, McFarland, Oregon, and others in the area)
The clinic serves all patients regardless of citizenship status. NFHC does not check or report immigration status.

Free Means Free
There are no hidden costs for the care you receive at our clinic. Whenever possible, we connect patients to other community resources that are also completely free. If a referral or service might involve a cost, we will always let you know ahead of time-so you can make the choice that’s best for you.
